BACKSTORY
BRIEF PERSONALITY: Kami is a wizened old man, much older than he may appear to most. He has been watching over mankind for centuries. In his long life he has learned many things and is an avid scholar of anything new he can learn. He enjoys chronicling all information he learns in tomes that he stores in a vast library located inside of his lookout. As Earth's guardian he is a kind, benevolent man who wants to do what is best for others if he can, and to steer them onto the right path. While he is a kind old man, he is also a powerful warrior who will defend the Earth and those in it til his last breath.
BREIF HISTORY: Kami was born on the planet Namek 50,000 years ago. During his first 30 years of life, he was simply a nomadic warrior on the planet, but over time, he became restless and built his own spaceship to explore the universe. He visited many planets during their early years, including the original planet Vegeta, Yardrat and finally Earth. He learned a lot in this time and kept a record of all of it. He later returned to Namek to learn under the great Guru. He spent around fifty years learning all the great Guru had to teach before moving back to Earth, as he had formed a bit of an attachment to the planet. It was here that he created the Dragon Balls and was appointed the Guardian of Earth by the Supreme Kai.
